Terms of Participation

Please register primarily via our website, by phone at +49 2632 295-700 or by email to seminare@shd.de.

We confirm receipt of your registration immediately by email. For seminars in Andernach you will receive the complete booking documents with seminar confirmation two weeks before the start, including the room reservation where applicable and directions to the hotel and seminar centre. For an online seminar you will receive the documents with confirmation and instructions a few days in advance.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Instead of cancelling, you can name another person to attend in your place at any time. Please let us know their name and email address in good time.

For seminars in Andernach:

• Up to 4 weeks before the seminar starts: no fee.
• Up to 2 weeks before the seminar starts: half the fee.
• Within 2 weeks of the seminar start: full fee.

For online seminars:

• Up to 2 days before: no fee.
• Up to 1 day before: half the fee.
• On the day of the seminar: full fee.

The cancellation fees also apply if you only registered within the periods mentioned.

Training documents for the seminar, the lunch menu, and break drinks and snacks.

Andernach: minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants.

For seminars in Andernach we are happy to handle your room reservation on request. The costs for the hotel and extras such as telephone or minibar are paid by each participant. The hotel booking can be cancelled in writing with the hotel up to eight days before arrival; after that, the hotel invoices the costs incurred.

SHD may cancel an SHD seminar for good cause. The seminar fee is only due if the seminar has taken place. Any further claims for damages are excluded. By registering for an SHD seminar you accept these conditions.
