SHD press release

Andernach, 14 January 2026: The SHD Group is further expanding its international sales and market organisation and has appointed Nina Jonker-Völker as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, she assumed responsibility for the SHD Group's international go-to-market organisation as of 1 January 2026.
With this appointment, SHD is deliberately strengthening its international setup and creating the organisational foundation to align growth, scaling and market development even more closely across national borders. The goal is to offer customers a consistent, integrated portfolio internationally while systematically embedding local market strengths into an overarching group strategy.
Nina Jonker-Völker brings many years of experience in international B2B environments and in leading complex sales and go-to-market structures. In her previous roles, she advanced strategic sales approaches, built international teams and successfully led organisations through phases of growth and change.
As CCO, she will consolidate the SHD Group's international sales activities, further develop global go-to-market strategies and strengthen the collaboration between regional markets and central functions.
“The new CCO role marks an important milestone in the evolution of our international organisation,” says Dietmar Meding, CEO of the SHD Group. “Nina Jonker-Völker brings exactly the experience and strategic perspective we need to drive our internationalisation forward with determination and to leverage the resulting synergies to strengthen our customers' competitiveness.”
Nina Jonker-Völker, CCO of the SHD Group, adds: “SHD has a strong IT portfolio and deep market understanding. My goal is to connect these strengths even more closely on an international level, establish clear go-to-market structures and, together with the teams, enable sustainable growth for our customers.”
The new CCO role is part of the SHD Group's strategic development. With the OneSHD initiative, the company aims to connect structures, processes and market presence more closely across the group in order to operate more consistently, scalably and customer-centrically on an international level. Consolidating commercial responsibility at the international level lays the foundation for sustainable growth across all markets.
