SHD Appoints Ralf Gentejohann as New CFO

Andernach, 23 October 2025: SHD has appointed Ralf Gentejohann as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he has been responsible since October 2025 for the financial management of the SHD group and the strategic development of the company, with a particular focus on internationalisation, scalability and a connected, customer-centric product portfolio.

Ralf Gentejohann brings more than 25 years of experience in senior finance roles. His previous positions include leadership roles at EWERK Group, Zeppelin Power Systems and Meritus Business Advisors. His expertise centres on strategic financial management, the successful delivery of transformation programmes and the value-driven development of international business areas.

The appointment is part of SHD's ongoing strategic development. The goal is to connect the group even more closely over the long term, standardise processes and further expand the product and service offering internationally. This lays the foundation for continued growth, greater transparency and an even more consistent focus on customer needs.

Bernd Anspach, who most recently held the position of CFO and helped shape SHD's development over many years, has left the company. The SHD group thanks him for his long-standing work and his contribution to the company's successful development.
