On 9 and 10 November 2025, the EMMK welcomed visitors to its fifth joint order fair at the Leipzig exhibition centre. In cooperation with its partners EMV/KSV and GARANT, the EMMK is sending a clear signal of solidarity within the mid-sized furniture and kitchen industry.
With a strong presence, SHD Solutions GmbH positioned itself as an innovative partner for the kitchen and furniture trade. The focus was on end-to-end software solutions that digitally connect planning, sales and customer communication.
At the SHD stand, visitors could experience the full capabilities of the KPS.MAX Suite, the central platform for professional kitchen planning. From planning and visualisation through to project management, SHD demonstrated how digital processes interlock efficiently and how seamless digital workflows can be implemented from the first customer contact through to order entry.
Particular attention was given to the individual modules:
- KPS.MAX web: the online planner that allows end customers to create kitchen designs from the comfort of their own home, generating qualified leads for kitchen retailers.
- KPS.MAX protect: intelligent validation mechanisms that automatically detect planning errors, delivering both reliability and time savings.
- KPS.MAX manage: a CRM and management solution providing visibility into customer and sales data as well as key sales performance indicators.
- KPS.MAX vision: an immersive visualisation tool whose realistic 3D rendering makes sales consultations more emotional and tangible.
Another highlight was the presentation of hey.kitchen: the after-sales software connects directly to the SHD ERP system and KPS.MAX. The novelty is a dedicated consumer app, with which SHD is opening up new avenues in digital customer communication and strengthening the link between retailers and consumers.
A major product launch on show was SHD Connect: a modern, cloud-enabled ERP solution tailored specifically to the needs of small and mid-sized kitchen and furniture retailers. It enables a consistent data foundation and optimised processes, from the quotation phase through to installation.
