SHD Merges Its German Companies: Transformation into a Connected Technology Partner

Andernach, 7 October 2025: The SHD group is taking an important step in its ongoing transformation. Effective 6 October 2025, the German companies SHD Einzelhandelssoftware GmbH, SHD Kreative Planungs-Systeme GmbH and gff Finanz- und Personalwirtschaftssysteme GmbH were legally merged and will operate going forward as SHD Solutions GmbH.

With this legal consolidation, SHD continues its strategy of developing the group into an integrated and connected technology partner with clear structures and a strong international focus. The aim is to sustainably strengthen innovation and competitiveness and to lay the groundwork for even closer collaboration with customers and partners.
