SHD Mourns the Loss of Stefan Hahne

Andernach, 4 February 2026: It is with deep sorrow that SHD says farewell to Stefan Hahne, who passed away on 2 February 2026 at the age of 61 after a serious illness.

Stefan Hahne was a defining figure of the SHD Group for many years. From 2016 he led SHD AG as Chief Executive Officer and played a decisive role in shaping the company's strategic and structural development. During a phase of sustained growth, increasing internationalisation and organisational evolution, he set important impulses for the long-term direction of the group.

On 1 January 2024, Stefan Hahne handed over the role of CEO to his successor in an orderly transition. This step exemplified his commitment to responsibility, continuity and forward-looking corporate leadership.

With Stefan Hahne, the SHD Group loses a former CEO who accompanied the company for many years with clarity, dedication and strategic vision. We thank him for his contribution to the development of SHD.
